'n' Road Cycle has launched many successful careers in the
bicycle industry over the years. Others have gone on to excel
in other fields and in life in general. For all employees, working
at Rock 'n' Road Cycle has never been “just a summer
job”. One of the first kids to work here, Rob, may have
said it best: “It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle”.
We normally, again, normally, look at applications in the
fall, hire before December, and train new hires in the winter.
Ninety percent of the work and hours occur from March through
October. Usually a successful applicant (and a successful
employee!) has no experience in bicycle retail.
