FUN FAMILY FITNESS

1. West Michigan's bike shop since 1985.

We all do repairs, even the owner man does his share.

3. Bikes that fit are bikes that are ridden.

4. Bikes are assembled to last and work.

We do a year of FREE service on new bikes, but we assemble our bikes so we hope you won't have to use it!

5. Products we use and love.

We know our merchandise because we use it. In fact, it’s in our store because we love it. We don't have stuff here just because a bike brand makes us buy it in order to sell their bikes.

6. Used bikes.

We take in trades, fix everything and sell them. No one else does.

7. Warranty.

When our suppliers back up their product, we can treat our customers the way we want! That's why they are our suppliers.

8. Honesty and Integrity.

Somehow you can't claim to have honesty, integrity and humility all at the same time, on the internet. So please come experience truthfullness at our store. You'll find it in our fair pricing, warranty performance, service work and conversation.

SATURDAY ride!
ROCK 'n' ROAD Cycle 91 Douglas, Holland.
Saturday Morning Northside Base Miles Ride
B Pace, emphasis on steady group riding paceline skills (bring your butt, but don't tap it). Even slower riders can skip a pull or hang at the back. Alternate start!: catch the ride in progress 7 minutes after start at Douglas and 144th (Van Wieren H'ware, route takes Howard and Pinecrest to there). Pick up your FREE copy of Road Riding Guidelines from Rock 'n' Road Cycle, 2 pages.

8:00 sharp, 30 miles; pace in low 20's.

BIKE RENTAL
We rent the Giant Sedona ST comfort bike, $20/day. Kids' bikes, trailers and halfwheelers also available. Helmets and maps provided. Need a ROAD BIKE? We have limited numbers of those also - please call - $40/day.

Reservations are usually not necessary, but may be made less than a week in advance and are not refundable.

WEDNESDAY RIDE
Every Wednesday at 6 PM from our Holland store we have a easier ride; two groups, 20 miles and up to 30. Learn to ride in a paceline, call obstacles and turns and work together as a group to stay together and efficiently put away miles. We have an official class the first Monday of every month. It's the best way to learn group riding skills.
